What is the typical delivery timeframe for my new sofa?

Most of our in-stock sofas are delivered within 7 to 14 business days. For custom-made or 'made-to-order' pieces, delivery usually takes between 6 to 10 weeks depending on the fabric and model selected.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery service which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly by our expert team, and the removal of all packaging materials for a small additional fee.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 14-day comfort guarantee. If your sofa isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition. Please note that a collection fee may apply.

Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?

Absolutely. We recommend seeing our fabrics in your own lighting. You can order up to 6 free fabric swatches directly from our website, and they will be mailed to your home within 3-5 business days.

Do your sofas come with a warranty?

Every Sofa Club piece comes with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's guarantee covering the frame, springs, and construction. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services through our partners at checkout.
